How we collect, use and protect your personal data.

When you book a shoot, we collect your name, phone number, email, NIF, NIE, passport or CIF number, and billing address. For companies, we also collect the company name, contact person and any reference you give us. We also collect the property’s address and details, and any access notes.
We use this information to carry out your booking, contact you about it, and issue your invoice. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep tax and accounting records.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we use your details only to reply to you.
We share your data only with the services we need to provide your booking:
Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We keep booking and invoicing records for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires, generally six years.
Contact form messages are deleted once they are no longer needed. Delivered photographs are kept for 30 days, as set out in our terms and conditions.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email privacy@elfotografo.net to do so.
Some records must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work and, only if you agree, to understand how visitors use it through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are placed only after you give consent in our cookie banner.
On the booking page, Stripe and Google may also set their own cookies to run payments and the address search securely. Our cookie policy lists every cookie we use and what it does, and lets you change or withdraw your consent at any time.
