We have updated our pricing model to make it clearer, more transparent and easier to understand. Our goal is to provide straightforward terms while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Photography packages are determined by the total area (m²) of the property, that is the built area plus any plot or terrace.
There is no longer a photo limit. We capture the number of images we believe are necessary to best showcase the property, based on our extensive experience. As a result, you can expect to receive more photos on average than before, especially for larger properties.
Our services are built on trust. If the property turns out to be smaller or larger than the size given at booking, we will adjust the price to the correct band and let you know before we request the balance.

All prices exclude IVA. Properties with a total area above 400 m² are quoted individually (P.O.A.). For those, you book a date as an enquiry, we send a price within 24 hours, and no deposit is taken until you accept it.
A surcharge may apply in specific circumstances, including:
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the shoot, we refund the deposit in full.
If you cancel between 24 and 2 hours before the shoot, we keep 20% of the total booking from the deposit and refund the rest. We never keep more than the deposit.
If you cancel within 2 hours of the shoot, or we cannot access the property on arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
If we need to cancel, or the shoot cannot go ahead because of force majeure, we refund the deposit in full or move your booking to a new date, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back to the card used and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days.
Clients receive a lifetime licence to use the delivered images for the marketing, promotion and resale of the property. Images may not be resold, transferred or distributed to third parties without prior written consent. Copyright remains with the photographer.
The photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, social media and other promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We store delivered images in the cloud for 30 days after the delivery date. After this, images are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Please make sure you keep your own backups.
Book online by choosing your package, date and time. Shoots take place between 10:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00, Monday to Saturday. Dusk photographs are taken the same evening, timed to sunset.
A deposit of 100€ + IVA (121€) is paid when you book. Your booking is confirmed, and your slot reserved, once the deposit is received.
The balance is due when the photographs are delivered. We send you a secure payment link, including any size adjustment or surcharge.
Sundays are available by request. We reply within 24 hours, and nothing is charged unless we confirm. We then send a link to pay the deposit.
