We have updated our pricing model to make it clearer, more transparent and easier to understand. Our goal is to provide straightforward terms while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Photography packages are now determined by the total area (m²) of the property.
There is no longer a photo limit. We capture the number of images we believe are necessary to best showcase the property, based on our extensive experience. As a result, you can expect to receive more photos on average than before, especially for larger properties.
Our services are built on trust. If we find that the property is smaller or larger than the size provided, we may adjust your quote accordingly. Should this happen, we will always ask for your confirmation before proceeding.

250€ + IVA
141 m² – 300 m²
350€ + IVA
301 m² – 500 m²
650€ + IVA
501 m² and above
850€ + IVA
A surcharge may apply in specific circumstances, including:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a fee of 20% of the total quoted amount, except in the event of force majeure.
Clients receive a lifetime licence to use the delivered images for the marketing, promotion and resale of the property. Images may not be resold, transferred or distributed to third parties without prior written consent. Copyright remains with the photographer.
The photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, social media and other promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We store delivered images in the cloud for 30 days after the delivery date. After this, images are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Please make sure you keep your own backups.
We will shortly be releasing a new system to streamline the booking process.
Based on the information you provide, you will receive a formal quotation to review and accept before your booking is confirmed.
